• For shipment to countries outside Switzerland, the consignment and content details must be recorded electronically and forwarded to the country of destination in advance (Electronic Advance Data - EAD). The specification of a telephone number under which you can be reached by the customs authorities is therefore absolutely necessary.

• A pick-up is not possible for logistical reasons.
• The shipping cost is automatically calculated in the order process according to weight and packaging expenses.
